DMCA Policy – MyPerfectTech.com

Welcome to MyPerfectTech.com (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit a takedown request to our designated DMCA Agent using the information provided below.

As an internet service provider, we operate under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions and are entitled to immunity from certain infringement claims. To submit a valid, good-faith infringement claim, you must include all of the following:

Notice of Infringement – Claim Requirements

Your DMCA takedown notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  3. Identification of the infringing content you want removed, including enough detail for us to locate the material (e.g., the exact URL).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, physical address, email address, and telephone number.
  5. A good faith statement confirming that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement of accuracy, declaring under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Important:
Under Title 17 §512(f), anyone who knowingly submits false claims may face civil penalties, including damages and attorney fees.
